Article I — Name of Company
The name of the Limited Liability Company is: CLIENTFLOW LABS BOOKS LLC
The Company shall conduct business under the trade name ClientFlow Labs Books and may use such additional trade names as permitted by Maryland law.
Article II — Purpose
The purpose of the Company is to engage in any lawful business activity for which a Limited Liability Company may be organized under the Maryland Limited Liability Company Act. Primary business operations shall include: creation and sale of personalized children's books in digital format, custom story writing and narrative development services, children's educational content creation, gift book production, digital publishing, and related creative services for families and individuals throughout the United States.

Operating Territory: The Company is authorized to conduct business in all 50 states of the United States of America and may serve customers nationally via digital delivery.

Article V — Member Information
The Company is organized as a Single-Member Limited Liability Company.

The Member shall have full authority to manage and operate the Company, including creative direction, client services, and all business operations.
Article VI — Intellectual Property
All story content, narrative structures, and creative works produced by the Company are original works of authorship protected under United States copyright law. Upon receipt of full payment, Customers receive a personal-use license as defined in the Company's Terms and Conditions. The Company retains all intellectual property rights to all creative works produced.
Article VII — Liability
The debts, obligations, and liabilities of the Company shall be solely those of the Company. No Member shall be personally obligated for any such debt, obligation, or liability by reason of being a Member of the Company.
Article VIII — Duration
The Company shall have perpetual existence beginning on the date these Articles of Organization are accepted by the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation, unless earlier dissolved in accordance with Maryland law.
