Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before placing an order with ClientFlow Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for personalized children's book services. By submitting an order form or making a payment, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms.
ClientFlow Labs creates fully personalized children's books in digital PDF format, customized around the child's name, appearance, personality, and interests as provided by the Customer during the order process. Pricing is as follows:

All books are delivered as digital PDF files only. Physical printed copies are not provided by ClientFlow Labs but can be printed by the Customer at a local or online print shop. We provide print-ready formatting at standard page sizes.
We accept Cash App ($clientflow92), Venmo (@ClienFlowLabs), and Zelle (marcusshockley302@gmail.com). Please include your child's name and order type in the payment note.
Prices displayed on our website are current at the time of display. ClientFlow Labs reserves the right to adjust pricing with notice. The price charged at the time of your order confirmation is the price honored for that order.
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days from payment confirmation. Rush requests may be accommodated — contact us at (302) 988-9968 to discuss availability and pricing before ordering.
Each order includes one (1) round of revisions at no additional charge. A revision round includes corrections to information we got wrong (based on what was submitted) or minor adjustments to names, details, or story elements. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Requests for a completely different story, theme, or major creative direction after production has begun are considered new orders and will be billed accordingly.
Additional revision rounds beyond the included one are available at $15 per round.
If you request a cancellation before we have begun writing or designing your book (within 12 hours of payment), a full refund will be issued. After production has begun, no refund is available.
If your book is delivered with a significant error that is clearly our fault (misspelled name we were given, wrong child's name used, etc.), we will correct it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos of the issue.
Once a PDF has been delivered to you electronically, we cannot verify whether it has been opened, printed, or shared. For this reason, all digital book sales are final upon delivery.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial license to print and use the book within your household or as a gift to an individual. This includes making reasonable copies for personal printing.
You may NOT resell, distribute commercially, modify and sell, use in commercial marketing, or claim authorship or ownership of the story content, illustrations, or design. All creative content remains the intellectual property of ClientFlow Labs.
We may use anonymized versions or style examples of completed books in our portfolio or marketing. We will never publish your child's name or identifying personal details without explicit written permission.
We collect only the information necessary to create your book (child's name, description, personality, interests). This information is used solely for book production and is never sold, shared, or used for any other purpose. Order information is kept confidential and securely stored for a period of 12 months for support purposes.
We do not store payment information — all payments are processed through your chosen payment platform (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle).
ClientFlow Labs creates books appropriate for children. We reserve the right to decline any order that requests content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or harmful for child audiences. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
All stories are original works written by ClientFlow Labs and are not affiliated with any existing published book, character, or IP.
ClientFlow Labs' total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for printing costs incurred by the Customer, emotional disappointment, or issues arising from Customer-submitted inaccurate information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be addressed first through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Charles County, Maryland.
