Article I — Name of Company
The name of the Limited Liability Company is: CLIENTFLOW LABS LLC
The Company shall conduct business under the trade name ClientFlow Labs and may use such additional trade names as permitted by Maryland law.
Article II — Purpose
The purpose of the Company is to engage in any lawful business activity for which a Limited Liability Company may be organized under the Maryland Limited Liability Company Act. Primary business operations shall include: custom website design and development services, digital marketing consulting, monthly website maintenance subscriptions, lead generation systems, and related digital services for businesses and professionals throughout the United States.

Operating Territory: The Company is authorized to conduct business in all 50 states of the United States of America.

Article V — Member Information
The Company is organized as a Single-Member Limited Liability Company.

The Member shall have full authority to manage and operate the Company in accordance with the Maryland LLC Act and this Operating Agreement.
Article VI — Liability
The debts, obligations, and liabilities of the Company, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be solely the debts, obligations, and liabilities of the Company. No Member shall be obligated personally for any such debt, obligation, or liability of the Company by reason of being a Member.
Article VII — Duration
The Company shall have perpetual existence beginning on the date these Articles of Organization are filed with the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation, unless earlier dissolved in accordance with Maryland law.
