Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before placing an order or engaging services with ClientFlow Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a project intake form, making a payment, or otherwise engaging our services, you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
ClientFlow Labs provides custom website design, development, integration, and maintenance services for small businesses and professionals. Services are categorized as follows:

We accept Cash App ($clientflow92), Venmo (@ClienFlowLabs), and Zelle (marcusshockley302@gmail.com). All payments must include your business name in the note/description.
Priority builds (72-hour turnaround) require full payment upfront, no exceptions. The priority fee compensates for reorganizing our workflow and dedicated resource allocation.
If a discount is applied for any reason, full payment is required upfront. No deposit payment structure applies to discounted builds.
If a scheduled payment is not received within 3 business days of its due date, work will be paused without penalty to ClientFlow Labs. You will be notified. Work resumes upon payment receipt.
Estimated build timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Timelines depend on timely Client response to requests for content, feedback, and approvals. Delays caused by the Client (late content, unresponsiveness) will extend the delivery timeline accordingly and are not a breach of these Terms by ClientFlow Labs.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions beyond the included scope will be quoted and billed separately at our standard hourly rate. A "revision" means a change to existing agreed-upon design elements โ not a new design direction or scope addition.
If a project is cancelled by the Client before work begins, a full refund may be issued at the Company's discretion. If work has begun, refunds will be issued only for the portion of work not yet completed, minus a 20% administrative fee.
No refunds are issued once a project has entered final revision or launch phase.
Upon receipt of final payment in full, the Client receives full ownership of the completed website design and code, with the exception of any third-party licenses, stock assets, or plugins that remain under their respective licenses.
ClientFlow Labs reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless the Client requests in writing that work remain confidential prior to project start.
All work product remains the property of ClientFlow Labs until final payment is received. Client may not use, publish, or distribute any deliverables prior to full payment.
Monthly maintenance plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time with 7 days' written notice (text or email). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle โ no partial refunds for unused days. Maintenance plan pricing may be adjusted with 30 days' notice to the Client.
ClientFlow Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to: lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to any Client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in dispute.
ClientFlow Labs is not responsible for website performance issues caused by third-party hosting providers, internet connectivity, or external platform outages (booking software, payment processors, etc.).
Clients agree not to use ClientFlow Labs services to create websites promoting illegal activity, hate speech, discrimination, or content that violates applicable law. ClientFlow Labs reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for any Client engaging in abusive, threatening, or unethical conduct toward our team.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Charles County, Maryland.
